the staff here were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even allowed me for an early check, in. the cleanliness of the toilets and bathrooms, with hot water available 24/7, was a major plus. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to reach different parts of Mumbai easily using the nearby metro and local trains.
One area that could use improvement is responding promptly to late arrival requests to avoid any last, minute inconveniences like room availability issues. ensuring a smoother communication process with guests, especially during odd hours, would enhance the overall experience.

this hotel was interesting place for exploring mumbai, truly enjoyed it. the staff were polite, ready to any request.
